Coyle's task was to renovate a 18,000 square foot floor plate for Orsid, one of New York City’s largest and most well-regarded property management companies. As a renowned market leader in its field, Orsid is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those who live in, work in, or visit the properties they manage and represent. That's why it was extremely important to pay special attention to the modern industrial design, which required attention to details, high quality, and control management to ensure the dignified impact of the exposed elements. To prevent disturbances throughout the project, Coyle coordinated special nighttime installation of new sanitary, electrical, and floor drain systems running through the existing neighboring tenant’s space, while also contending with an existing raised floor system throughout the entire space. The project ended with complete client satisfaction.
