Kate Spade is a premier lifestyle brand that offers handbags, clothes, shoes, jewelry, home décor, tech accessories and much more. Their fast growth required immediate space expansion, especially for their high-end bag and accessory division. They decided to acquire additional floor space at 2 Park Avenue, NYC. Their design brief included corporate offices, showroom space, conference rooms & storage space. Since their time to completion was very tight, Coyle managed to finish the project within only 16 weeks. We accomplished this task and met the deadline by initiating a pre-construction package and ordering long lead items ahead of time. The heavy Audio Visual Design package meant that the conference room and executive offices were finished out of sequence of the main schedule, allowing Kate Spade's AV team time to build, test & commission the new installment.
