Fifth & Pacific Companies

Fifth & Pacific, which is now Kate Spade, had its headquarters located in midtown New York. The clothing retailer with its high-growth retail-based brands spanned over multiple floors.

Coyle Construction has been contracted to re-stack three corporate floors by consolidating executive offices into one single floor and incorporate open design studios with others. Open plan ceilings were used to provide depth and volume to each floor, allowing up lighting / down lighting for the studios. Since proper branding was essential for the company, the walls were utilized for displaying large display options throughout the entire space. The lighting that surrounded the corridors was installed as a strip at floor height and ceiling height to create a vivid passage into the brighter floor spaces.
