Coyle completed the build-out of the Bond Vet retail space at 1535 Upper East Side, New York. The project spanned a period of 14 weeks and included custom fabricated millwork throughout the space with precise details coordinated with Bond Vet supplied medical fixtures, custom lighting and controls, medical grade operating room infrastructure at all theater spaces. Coyle participated in coordinating and installing their FF&E provided material while closely monitoring the highest standard of care and quality.

Coyle directed close coordination throughout the project to successfully locate infrastructure in coordination with building engineering and management along with the numerous ceiling devices. Additionally, the delicate wall finishes required careful protection throughout the project.
